Bloomfield Twp., Mich. — Dec. 29, 2015 — Greggory Garrett, founder and CEO of CGS Advisors, a boutique strategy and innovation firm that assists corporate leaders in being brave and readying clients for the connected world, institutionalizing innovation and general growth strategy realization, will serve as a speaker at the Annual Automotive Outlook Conference hosted by the Society of Automotive Analysts (SAA) on Sunday, Jan. 10 at the Gem Theater in Detroit. The event will examine the challenges and opportunities brought by disruptors to the automotive landscape and will open with CNBC’s Automotive Reporter, Phil LeBeau, sharing his thoughts on disruptors and their influence on the way business is done.
Garrett will lead a panel discussion titled “How to face disruptions in the Automotive Industry” and will open the session by presenting “Braving Competition in the Connected World!” The opening session and following panel discussion will explore how leaders today are wrestling with one of the greatest disruptions since the steam engine – the Internet of Things (IoT). This always-on, ‘smart’ environment has the potential to change the way most industries operate. What does it take to compete in the connected world?
